Two years ago I graduated with a bachelor of science in environmental science. During these two years after graduation I gave birth to my daughter, and worked as an English teacher for the lack of environmental opportunity in my home country (not the USA).
Now, I would like to get back on the environmental track. What's the best way to update my degree to find a good job? given that I have a few more contacts in the environmental scene now than I used to before.
Also, during interviews, what's the best way to explain these two years of non-environmental involvements? (baby and language teaching).
P.S. I have a double major in English and environmental science.
Thanks!
