how to unlock z170

hey brothers in the gsm world i have a samsung sgh-z170 from orange west indies and i cant unlock it how to do this one its real hard
 
I've got the same problem. Can't unlock it using HWK latest version 02.08.000. It says: "Cable: M_20 pin USB. Download: 9 and power on." I really don't know what the heck this means.

Please help!
 
I have same problem too, try to read phone info with HWK after install drivers: read ok(model, firmward,imei); user code ok(00000000). But cant unlock nck. Anny issue, please.
