phone failure contact serv. provider can ust pro do it better or which solution also on ust pro it read and detect A707 but at the end a dialogue box appears saying connect rj45 cable proper and press OK but as soon as OK is press the whole program goes off several times

Means you did not connect the other side of the cable in the rj45 socket of ust pro.
