How to unlock rear driver side brake on 2002 Ford Ranger EDGE?

I pulled my E-Brake (while in park) and the rear driver side brake never came loose when I pulled the brake release. The rear passenger brake did though. I don't know how to make the brake pad release, and the ABS light is not on.

(I drove about 25 miles on ice, not knowing it was locked up and hopefully that didn't cause damage.)
 
most likey frozen lay down under truck and hit it a few times maybe heat it soem with a small light such as a drop light might defrost it .. if not remove wheel and start checking as to why its lock brakes are easy to do at home and really best and smart not to use e brak ein winter little bit of water and it freezes your stuck check your cables under truck and if you have to they are adjustable or you can disconect
