How to unlock purchased pictures on an ATT/Motorola c168i?

I can recieve graphics and sounds through text messaging and send those out, but when I try to send out the media that I've purchased, my media is locked and I cannot figure out how to unlock it. I've tried a master reset along with everything else I could fathom. Your assistance would be highly appriciated.
