How to unlock offline mode in Call of Duty Black ops for XBOX 360?

the mode where you can verse COM/computer controlled characters and can train and improve your skills. I only have campaign/multiplayer/zombies and options on my TV screen in Black ops when im sitting in the chair.

How do i get and play offline mode to practice ... PLZ HELPPPP
