HOW TO UNLOCK MY SAMSUNG INTENSITY?

I just got my phone so i was checking everything out, and i went into my 'phone settings' and i pressed something that had said "NAM" and i was curious so i pressed it, and i t took me to a menu that said "NAM1" and "NAM2" and i had pressed 'NAM2' to see what would change on the phone, and it shut off!! I had turned it back on, and it said " Press send to activate your phone" and i did and it went to an 'Enter Code' menu and i entered the last 4 digits of my number and i tried my phone code, and it wouldn't let me back in! I can't go to my main menu, when i press the hangup key, it takes me to the menu that says on one side it says "ICE" (in case of emergency) and on the other it says "UNLOCK" and when i go to press UNLOCK it takes me right back to the "ENTER CODE" menu, so if you could help me out like ASAP!!!! I Could really use the help!!! PLEASE!!!!!
