Okay so my friend has an enV 3 phone from Verizon. She put a lock on it the other day then changed to combo and it keeps saying shes putting in the wrong combo! How can she reset the combo? She's called Verizon ALOT and they aren't helping. She probably can't take it to a store for a Verizon and idk if she can get a new one. THANKS!
