hello .. my name is joe... i live in canada..i bought an i phone 3gs 4.2.1 through Ebay ( from US).. it was unlocked ( somehow )when i got it..... after using it for a couple of hours.. i hit the reset option..( restore to factory condition).....no i am not able to use phone... my friend told me i have to get an activation Sim .. as he said i ordered for an activation Sim.. which i will receive within a couple of weeks... he told me.. even if i get an activation Sim... i won't be able to unlock the phone because the unlocking software for this version has not released yet... i can only use it as an i touch.. wat to do... please help..!
