How to unlock iPhone 3GS 4.1 baseband 05.14.02?

I have iPhone 3GS 32GB 4.1 (8B117) Modem Firmware: 05.14.02 Model: MB718LL

Im having problems finding a program to unlock it. But i did jailbreak it with limera1n (so i have Cydia)

I DO NOT WANT TO UPDATE MY BASEBAND TO 6.15...TO UNLOCK IT. (iPads firmware)
(I have heard that ultrasn0w 1.2-2 is going to come out soon... but HOW SOON!? a month or year?)

Please help....
 
Hi,there are many software available to unlock iphone and i unlocked it by remote unlocking..there are many online providers who provide the service..one of my friend got unlocked his iphone from Theunlockspot by remote unlock..and the important thing remote unlocking is available for some country and network providers only so if you are interested you can try from them before that see whether remote unlocking is available for your country and provider..
