How to unlock F480i

I need to put a F480i in qualcomm mode, but after insert *#782872# appears only a blank windows with numeric buttons and a confirm button, but no letters. After insert *#197328640# press comm (9) and after USB (6) i can't select qualcomm mode (2) because appears a windows sayng:
=Not Supported Menu=
This menu is incomplete.
So, You can't use in this version.

I have flashed the phone with Bcom Downloader lite (USB interface SAM210) for deleting user code.

I have tested the phone flashed and works properly

What can I do for unlocking the phone?

hi sir
you can use last version of UST PRO2 for unlock F480i.
connect your phone to box (no need to battery) via E210 RJ45 cable then press direct unlock and hold power key 4 sec.
