How to unlock characters on 'Mini game world' on an LG phone.?

I just recently got a new phone with this game, however I'm stuck when it comes to unlocking the extra characters. I already have the penguin and the frog, but not sure about the rest?
 
Here's some help, after 2 years

:all mighty1:How did you get the penguin?
Mini Car (2nd row on the right): Unlock Ski Slalom and collect stars.
Polar Bear (1st row on the right): Unlock Undersea Tagging and bump into 5 bubbles
Bunny (3rd to the left on 1st row, the "Wake me up at lunchtime") I think you have to click on it at 11:58 am. but mine randomly popped up after I clicked the "play button.
I also have the frog, but I'm really bad at this game, so... good luck.
