How to unlock an iPhone 3g for T-Mobile, with Jailbreak?

okay right now i am thinking about buying an iphone 3g 8gb. but i was wondering is it easy to unlock it, so that i can use it for T-Mobile. & how to unlock it ? i was also wondering how can i jailbreak it as well. my final question is about something i saw on google, about a guy putting Android on the iPhone?! if any1 can help me PLEASEEEEEEE let me know
