...fan speed, contrnot overclock)? Ok I have an Hp dv7 3165dx laptop ,my board only has limited features, it won't let me Overclock it, see my speed, temperature, and fans.
I know there is no way of overclocking it, but all I want is to control the fans... I downloaded programs like speedfan etc. and others but they are not detecting the fans ( bios is locked/limited)....so is there a way to get these advanced features? Will updating my BIOS do it?
(I have an update and it says it will display missing infos in the BIOS).
Btw, I believe I have an Hp or Insyde BIOS.
