how to unlock a sidekick lx 09?

i just bought a sidekick lx 09 today. I have att and i really need it to be unlocked to att. i understand that i can only use the phone part and text but thats all i wanted the phone for. i tried to follow the youtube videos but their not working. please help me. if you have any steps to help me or a good website for them to help me. thanks
