How to unlock a net10 phone? please help!?

I promise I'm not some creep trying to hack someones phone. I accidentally locked my phone and I have tried every password i can think of to unlock it. Right now it won't let me do anything and it just says "contact service provider". Is there anything I can do besides that? Please help. That is the only alarm I have and I have to get up for school tomorrow.
