How to uninstall emule movie player from my computer?

I down loaded it and ever since my computer is running slow. I went through control panel and clicked change/remove but it does nothing. I went through C/ program files and clicked delete, send to recycle bin and a message popped up saying "Cannot delete uninstall exe; it is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again" ...what the heck does this mean, how do I find out what on my computer is using it?
But what do I uninstall from there? Some things say "system" some say "administrator" & nothing is called emule, it must be listed under a weird name. Is it safe to just delete anything from there?

Click ctrl+alt+delete and start a task manager. Go to the processes and delete it there.
