How to uninstall and reinstall paint tool sai without having to buy it again ?

Hi My trust tablet has been working fine in SAI until now when the pen pressure stopped working and i read that i should re-install SAI. I have already bought sai and i'm scared that if i uninstall it I will have to buy it again. plus i wouldnt know how to reinstall it after I'd uninstalled it :'( please help! oh and aslo if anyone knows how to fix the pen pressure thing without reinstalling SAI that would be a great help too x
