i have the PUK code but when i turn my phone on, it doesnt ask me for anything or any code to be specific. I already contacted o2 (my service provider) several times and all they give me is the same thing over and over again. When i just type the code into the keypad and press the phone button all that comes up is either 'Emergency calls only' or 'No network's found'! please please please help me!!!
