Can anyone tell me how to unlock cells that are grayed out in PST?
Need to change IS-95/1xDATA MIP NAI and SIP NAI

You must be using PST Lite, you need to use PST. Then all the options you need to change will be available for messing with. If you load the mmc file I posted then you will only need to change the MDN/MIN and right it to the phone, fully flashed.
