How to turn on bluetooth on my new Dell inspiron 1525??????????????

My new comp has bluetooth and has a little light but its not comming on i have gone in to control pannel and into hardware and sounds and tryed fn+f2 but nothings working when i type in bluetooth on my finder thing it says there is no such thing. but my sister has the exact same comp and her bluetooth works fine ????????????HELP PLEASE
