How to turn on bluetooth for Toshiba Satellite A505 S6980 laptop?

I really need some help turning on the bluetooth and making it work! The only thing i see is "Bluetooth File Transfer" and I dont know to work that! Can someone help me make the bluetooth work? Please? Thanks so muchh!
