How to turn off or delete clip book?

I recently installed a printer to my laptop and every time I try to high to highlight a piece of text, this crosshair cursor appears and then when I proceed to highlight, a blue box comes up and it gives me the option of Clip, and Print. How do I delete or turn it off?
