I'm not looking for all that super pill bull and things like that. I want to know what type of exercises I should do and what type of food I should eat.
A little background info: I'm 6'3 212 pound I'm very strong even thou I look kinda of big (not fat just a big stomach) nothing you would notice with my shirt on but I want to make my body ripped and I'm willing to work hard at it.
