How to turn back on the Bluetooth on my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop.?

Ok, so I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, the blootooth always worked fine, until just recently.
all the sudden the blue light of the bluetooth shut down and is not on any more, so the bluetooth is not working neither, every time i tried to send something from my laptop's bluetooth i can't do it.

any help please?
 
is it a usb bluetooth

goto device manager > network adpters > uninstall wireless lan > restart your comp and let windows reload the drivers
