How to tune Zafira car CDR Player model Siemens vdo cdr 500 with FM transmitter?

I recenly bought FM transmitter to play songs in my car Vaxhall Zafira cd player through my iphone.
I try to tune manully the FM transmitter station on car cdplayer but i cant able do it.
I appretiate if any one have idea how to tune the above model car cd player with the FM transmitter.
