My Philips tv won't turn on. The led light turns red instead of green and flashes 7 times. It says I can you a hard reset if I unplug for 60 seconds but it does nothing different when I turn it on and goes back to red. I even tried holding the power button and then I tried unplugging it for long amounts of time but nothing happens. What should I do, best buy is confused and I don't understand how to connect it to the computer. Is there anything I can do to the tv?
