confused girlie

I hopped a fence with a friend and punctured my palm while jumping over on the top of the fence. It bled A LOT at first but clotted fairly quickly... then I washed it off and the rushing blood stopped. I put some antibacterial cream on it and a bandage but it still hurts a lot and is bleeding a little. I really want to heal it as quickly as possible because I have plans this weekend and I don't want to have to worry about it! What should I do to help it heal quickly?? Thanks!
