How to transfer pictures from Nokia Nseries camera phone to USB flash drive

and/or computer? *10 POINTS*? My aunt needs to transfer the pictures from her phone to the computer. Prblem is, it isnt working out so well. We're using a USB cord to try to do this but then a list comes up on the phone (in Chinese) to pick a method of transfering. She picked USB cord and now nothing is happening. PLEASE HELP! 10 points to best answer. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
