I've already purchased usb data cord but when I plug in my device is listed as 'Curitel Communications Inc'. Only tasks options given are 1. Eject, 2. Create shortcut, 3. Troubleshoot (troubleshooting couldn't id problem) & 4. Properties (Properties lists of functions...Curitel USB Com posit Device. Anybody have suggestion? This Audiovox was my 1st phone model #CDM-8910 and contains pics of a dear deceased friend I hate to lose. My computer is a Compaq2go w/ Windows7. Please help?!?? TY
