My Phone is a Sony Ericcson W580 and my Comp is Vista.. (Sucks)

I connected my phone to my Computer already, via USB!
But then, a hard disk popped out instead called "Disk F:" , which could not be opened and explored and don't have any memory...
Anyone know how I could transfer files and what things I should download to be able to?
