How to transfer photos from memory card to phone memory on an LG Neon?

I have a ton of pictures on my LG Neon saved to my memory card that I want to bluetooth over to my laptop. (I have a Mac.) To send them over I need to have them on my phones memory in order to access them on my laptop...any ideas how to transfer them over all at the same time as opposed to doing them one-by-one? Thanks!
