i have a blackberry tour from verizon and i have all sorts of pics and videos on it. i tried to send the videos and stuff to my email using my blackberry but it doesnt work. i went out and bought a usb for it and i connected it to my mac. but something comes up. i look for a device on my dashboar or anywhere. but its charging please help!!!!
