How to transfer files to my laptop via laptop's built-in bluetooth?

I've Dell inspiron N5010 laptop and Nokia N73. Now I want to transfer pictures via bluetooth which is built-in installed in laptop. Ok, So when I use to transfer any file, My cell searches for BT device, and found Dell BT device. Now I select it and send file, it fails.
Whats the matter? guide me.
