How to track my iPhone 3Gs using its GPS without data plan?

Have a iPhone 3Gs from Rogers.
Am currectly using a 7-eleven prepaid SIM with it.
I absolutely do not have a data plan.
Use WiFi at home to download my apps and stuff.
So not interested in something like GPS Tracker by Instamapper (needs data plan).
Also I am looking for something that is absolutely free.
Do not want any trials or such.
