How to track blackberry phone, STOLEN PHONE HELP?

maybe u can go to the carrier store (at&t verizon, sprint) or who ever u have, and they can maybe track it because some bberys have gps, my palm centro got stolen and there was nothing i could do
 
my blackberry phone was stolen, company is closed, how do i track, i only lost if an hour ago and i know what town it may be in please help me
 
here is one way if u have sprint add the gps locate its $5 a month i think ....it tells u where te phone is if u dont have sprint i dont know good luck oh and u have to have 2 lines i think.
