I am wanting to track down a cell phone.The exact location or as close as possible. The reason for this is someone came into my yard and stole a my dog. This is a full blooded dog but I would rather not say what breed. I am 99% sure AI know who it is and the area but they are running with her to keep her hid. This dog is my baby and she is so sweet all I want is to have her back but I can not catch them. The police will not do the tracking because a human has not been harmed. Is this even possible and if their is anyone out there that will help me locate the cell phone to find my baby I would be the happiest person in the world.
