i know that it is a small pulley that moves and i know where it is but it looks like i need to tighten up an Alan key bolt which moves the pulley but it would be impossible to get to it without taking the pulley off and even to do that i have no idea how to get to them bolts with any kind of spanner without having the whole engine out can someone please tell me if there is another way?
