How to tell the coach I'm quitting. URGENT?

Hey,

I'm a sophomore that goes to a high school with a really good football team. I'm not one of the guys that whines or anything like that. I worked hard in the offseason and did all of the conditioning and lifting that I could but school just started today and I already have 2 hours of homework. My parents expect me to get straight A's and put a lot of preassure on me. By next week most of the upperclassmen I've talked to said that I would have atleast 4-6 hours of homework each night. On top of this I have an internship and I help my mom who recently started up a new business. The problem is I have an insane amount of respect for my coach in everyway and I think he respects me for all the work I've put in. He compliments me on how hard I work and stuff like that and I really don't want to lose that respect if I quit. To be honest I'm not even sure if I have fun playing football anymore. Especially because I'm not born with the natural aggresssion that others on the team seem to have. Any thoughts. I was also thinking about talking to the coach about me quitting instead of just going up to him and telling him why I am.
Thanks for anybody who answers or takes the time to read this.
