Ok, I may sound rude here but here's the deal. I understand that my mom is worried about my every detail and she wants me to have a good life. I get that and I don't want to disrespect that.
But sometimes, she needs to stop talking! Like in the morning when she drives me to school. I'm still drowsy and my brain can't process information yet so I mentally cannot take it.
And then EVERYDAY she bugs me about if I received more college acceptance letters. I tell her everyday that they will be available April 1 based on the websites...
And those are just a few cases. I mean, is it me? I find that around my parents and relatives (although not my friends) I generally don't want to talk and whenever they ask questions about me... well to put it bluntly is annoying. Again, this doesn't feeling doesn't happen around friends.
My grandma too, who lives with me, cannot pass up an opportunity to lecture. She may have infinite wisdom, but I just cannot stand it anymore! Some people are able to just tune it out, but I cannot ignore that sound. I guess I just want peace and quiet.
