how to tell if there is something wrong with my bike gearbox because in 1st gear my bike makes a clicking noise and i don't know how to tell if its the gearbox or not if there are some teeth missing from the Gear or something is there any test i can do to find out

first check the chain and sprockets

Most likely the clutch, Unless you miss a gear really badly they are foolproof, but not idiot proof.
But clutches get abused a LOT and they are made to wear out, that's why you can get to them easily. Transmissions don't cause problems and you have to take apart the entire engine to get to them.
