my honda valkyrie is back from being worked on by my shadetree mechanic. he said all 3 high side carbs were gummed up. after cleaning and synching the carbs i notice no difference in performance and things seem the same. how to tell if he actually worked on the bike or simply fleeced me? (i can't afford to take it to a dealer and have them look at what or what was not done).
