How to teach my shiba inu tricks?

I have a 10 month old shiba inu, he's a great dog....but he doesnt like to learn new tricks & the ones he does know he wont always do. We make sure he doesnt get his treat til he does the trick, and I give him cooked chicken ( his fav. )

He can:
Sit
Drop
Laydown
Get down ( off furniture )
Shake

I want to teach him:
Speak
Roll Over
Wave
Play Dead
Dance ( We almost had dance, but now he wont do it for anything )

Any Suggestions?
