How to teach a horse to lounge?

I asked this question a few days ago and got some answers but I don't think I was specific enough.

I have a 7 year old mare that we bought from a woman that saves horses from slaughter. She was abused before we got her (we can tell because of scars and how jumpy she is around certain things) . I've been working with her for about a year now and she's calmbed down quite a bit. Now that I've got her comfortable around humans, not so spooky, and quiet, I'd like to get her started on training. First I need to teach her to lounge. What would be the best way to do this? Considering her past. I need pretty specific details because all horses I've gotten have already been trained to lounge at least. So, what is the best way to teach her to lounge? Yes, she accepts a halter. She even accepts a saddle and we assume she was started under the saddle or even broke at one time.

Thanks
