Sounds like she is too young, maybe give it a rest for a while and try again next summer?

I think I was 5 when I learned how to ride a bike.

she can can sit on a bike but she can reach the pedals but she has not figured out how to push on them to make the bike move. i have been putting her on a bike everyday and i make her put her feet on the pedals i have been doing this for about 3 months now. and she still does not know how to keep her feet on the pedals and push on them.
she has a little friend younger then her and is riding a bike fine and my daughter really wants too. but all she can do is sit on a bike and push with her feet but she really wants to peicle the bike.

you don't she's too young besides eventually she'll get the hang of it. I learned when I was 5. what's the hurry and once she learns she'll never forget just let her be a kid. I t sounds like its more so for you. just chill

HOnestly it's up to her. Sounds like you're doing the right thing. My son started a little after 3 to ride his bike. He'd been doing the same thing, not showing much interest. Then one kid in the neighborhood (5) was riding his bike and my son wanted to be like the big boy. So he got it in like a week!

This is a skill that will just come when it comes. My neighbors spend hours working to get there daughter to peddle her trike. She spend 1 afternoon with my son in the back yard and she was peddling. It was kind of funny - we have no idea when it started but it just dawned on us as we were watching that she had caught on. Don't push or she will get so frustrated she won't even try.
