I am sorry you have not gotten a response to your question but I wonder if others, like myself did not know what sijd was at first. Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction is not something that should offend your physician. Is this something you believe you may be suffering from or have you been diagnosed with it?
If it is something you thing you have, I would research it on the internet and bring factual information with you to your appointment. Ask your doctor if she would include tests for SIJD with any other test that are being performed for back pain.
If you have already been diagnosed it is pretty cut and dry, ask for a referral to an orthopedic for treatment. Both of my SI joints were included in my 5 level fusion.
