how to talk in front of class?

well my math teacher is making my friends nd i teach in front of the class
just like she does every day...
nd my team got multiplying and dividing integers ...
nd i got chosen to do the lesson plan
so we HAVE to talk
nd im kind of nervous to do that
first of all
because i dont kno wat to say
nd second
because im just nervous
