What I mean is, I'd like to take black and white which don't look very grey. I want them to be as black and white as possible. In other words, I want contrast. Like in these photos:

I know I can adjust photos to look like that on photoshop, but I'd rather do the settings on my camera, so that the outcome will look like that without photoshop. I'm using a Nikon D90. How should I set it?
