Hello, I have vodafone connection 9765240243, to activate GPRS on my HTC TUCH VIVA. I asked Vodafone customer care & they answered me to recharge with Rs. 95 and I done same. But GPRS not activated, customer care GPRS said to recharge with Rs. 199, Rs. 95 recharge is not applicable for me. all the conversation is available to customer care & they told me sorry for false information. But yet not return my Rs. 95. How I can get back my money?
