How to take care of my hair while riding a bike?

My daily run is around 20-25 Kms on my 220 CC street bike. I do use a helmet as a protective gear. My problem is that after I reach my destination, my hair look like crap. Due to this, I am not able to keep any hair-style and am just keeping them flat not days. Please advice.
 
I have the same problem. Not using any hair products before putting the helmet really helps. You can use gel after you take the helmet off.
